Love this program! MMA style cardio with some High Intensity Interval Training resistance mixed it to get the most out of each workout!

Team Beachbody. This was a Christmas gift from Whitney and it really has helped me change my life. This program came with everything I needed to finally start seeing the results I had been going for. P90X gave me the workouts I needed, the nutrition advice I was missing, and the drive to keep moving forward. If you want a total body, nutrition, and fitness solutions, this is the program for you.
Without a doubt the must difficult 60 days I have ever put myself through. This program is intense, I thought I was in pretty good shape going into this but man was I corrected on day one. There is nothing like this on the market, it really is not for the faint of hart. If you consider yourself to be in pretty good shape and you are ready to take it to the next level then you are ready for INSANITY.

This was like nothing I had done before and it was just what my body needed after 8 weeks of taking a beating from P90X and INSANITY. This is a "no intensity" program and yes it can help you lose weight if you have not been very active but that is not really what this program in about. This program is based on Tai Chi and was created by a Tai Chi master to help people regain control of your body. The program comes with a foam roller and the first time I had ever used the roller I thought I was going to scream. After 90 days your pains that you have been living with goes away, your balance is improved, and your flexibility has improved to a point that you never thought possible. If you have been going hard for a long time and need to let your body recover this is how you do it.

It isn't just a saying this is the healthiest meal of the day hands down! I drink this shake everyday and love it. This shake has all the natural ingredients that you body needs to promote weight loss, stop cravings, and help your body recover from these intense workouts. At first glance the stuff seems expensive at four dollars a serving but think about how much money you spend on lunch when you head out to eat.
